Pet fee $12/per dog/per day (short term); long term please contact for detail.
Pull out for extra persons after 4 $15/per night.
Cleaning Fee $75 (BRING-YOUR-OWN-BEDDING cleaning fee $30, please contact for detail)
*Holiday rates are $150-200 per night.

Damage/security deposit $200, monthly $500

Cancellation policy:
booking date-90 days before arrival 25% of the deposit will be forfeited
90-14 days before arrival 50% will be forfeited 

14-2 days before arrival 80% will be forfeited
